Steve Benham
Steve's passion is to help finance departments become genuine business partners, transforming them from corporate historians into fortune tellers, so that CFOs become more relied upon for insights into the effect of decisions on future profitability. Steve qualified as an accountant with PwC and spent 15 years of his early career in CFO roles, before forging a career in cost management consulting spanning more than 20 years. Steve has led large cost management projects and developed deep expertise in the Airline Industry. Prior to establishing Profit& in 2016, he was a Director at PwC Finance Consulting, and Cost Management Practice Lead in Vantage Performance Solutions. Steve also led Cost Management Consulting Practices for technology firms including SAP, Business Objects, and pioneer in activity-based costing, ALG Software.
Claire Lord
Claire Lord is a certified Anaplan model builder, with over 20 years' experience at a leading tour operator and airline, where she headed up transformational initiatives and drove their Anaplan Centre of Excellence. Claire works with some of Anaplan’s key aviation clients, helping them realise efficiencies, increase revenue and reduce operational risk.
